Save Hartford Twp completed the evidentiary hearing process on April 9th.

We now await a decision from the Ohio Power Siting Board.

Whether the industrial solar project gets approved or denied, there will be an appeals process before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Save Hartford Twp LLC needs $25,000 in order to participate in this process.
